Tracking Information

Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once the package ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
TrackLife Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
If an address mistake is made, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the address provided

  3. Contact your local post office

If the package is still missing, email us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We will send a free replacement.
